The Pack Horse was a delapidated public house in theKnott Mill area of manchester. Our client, Seddon Homes purchased the building and briefed Harrison Ince to design a scheme to exend the building and convert it to residential use on the upper floors, with commercial offices on the ground floor.

The scheme incorporates a contemprary extension to the rear, with ground level car parking. The massing and materials of the building were carefully considered to fit into the Knott Mill industrial urban fabric. |
