​This 12-week project involved structural / underpinning works, internal and external repairs and a kitchen upgrade.

The interior betterment scheme included a full toilet refurbishment, the back bar was upgraded with the addition of new feature lattice arches and brick slip details, striking tiles were added to the bar front.

The customer area was re-decorated a new colour palette, additional wall panel details were incorporated, and a new timber effect bar walk installed, along with a new bespoke carpet featuring arches and railing details inspired by Hainsgill Viaduct. Signage scheme was developed and installed to reflect the historic mining town. A combination of new and refurbished fixed and loose furniture completed the transformation!
